I recently visited this bar and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, I hung my jacket on a hanger provided by the establishment. Unfortunately, there was a pin sticking out of the hanger which caused a tear in my jacket.

Despite reaching out to the manager via email and text message, I received no response. I eventually had to schedule a face-to-face meeting with the manager to address the issue. However, the manager was unhelpful and refused to pay the full price of the jacket without check, citing a discount on the last size which did not include my size.

I suggested that the bar could simply order a replacement jacket for me and pay for the delivery, but the manager responded with a dismissive "I don't have time for this." It took two weeks of proceedings before the manager finally agreed to give me the price indicated on their website with a discount.

Throughout the entire process, the staff and management showed no concern for my inconvenience and did not even offer an apology for the torn jacket. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable for a business in the service industry.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bar to anyone. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and the lack of concern for their customers is a major red flag. Save yourself the trouble and go...

Mimo wielu pozytywnych opinii na temat restauracji, niestety nasz pobyt nie zalicza się do najlepszych. Do lokalu przyszliśmy w 5 osób - każdy zamówił przystawkę i danie główne. Jakież było nasze zdziwienie, kiedy nagle, po 30 min oczekiwania na naszym stole pojawiła się pierwsza porcja żeberek oraz smażony ser (dania obiadowe). Następnie koleżance podano tatara, by za dosłownie 5 min odebrała swoje danie główne. Po tym wszystkim na stole pojawiła się kolejna przystawka - bruschetty. Za kilka kolejnych minut kelnerka podała podpłomyk - przystawkę do dawno zjedzonego smażonego sera. Co najciekawsze - do tej pory, po ok 45 min od wejścia do lokalu jedna osoba nadal nie dostała niczego do jedzenia. W końcu podano zamówioną zupę. Po ok 1h i 20 min poprosiliśmy o rachunek spotykając się z niemałym zdziwieniem kelnerki, że „przecież zamówiliśmy jeszcze ratatouille”. Podziękowaliśmy za to danie - po galimatiasie, jaki znajdował się na naszym stole nikt nie chciał czekać ani minuty dłużej. Jeśli chodzi o smak dań, mogę wypowiedzieć się na temat moich zamówień: - smażony ser został podany na zimnych frytkach, żeberka były najlepszą potrawą tego wieczoru, jednak przyznam - osobiście mi nie smakowały, podpłomyk posypany był bardzo niesmacznym serem. Na koniec, apropos czystości w lokalu - opakowanie torebki do herbaty kleiło się - to wiele mówi… Podsumowując: nie otrujecie się, ale uniesień smakowych zdecydowanie też nie doświadczycie. Mam nadzieję, że wpadka z kolejnością dań, czasem oczekiwania i całym dotyczącym tego zamieszaniem była jednorazowa i...

We fell upon this place on our first day in Wrocław. There was food out on the tables and it looked like snacks on the side.
