I ordered from Max Premium Burgers expecting to get what I paid for, but instead, I received the most disappointing meal ever. I specifically ordered two burgers with all the add-ons—cheese, veggies, sauces—everything. I PAID EXTRA for those add-ons. But when the food arrived at my home, both burgers were completely EMPTY—no cheese, no veggies, no sauce, NOTHING. Just plain buns with a patty inside.

How does a place that claims to be “premium” make such a ridiculous mistake? Did nobody check the order before sending it out? This is beyond unacceptable. Not only did I waste my money, but I also had to go through the hassle of contacting them, only to get zero proper resolution.

If you can’t even deliver what people pay for, what’s the point of your business? Terrible service, zero attention to detail, and a complete waste of money. I will NOT be ordering from here again, and I highly suggest others think twice before doing so.

Two sets had been ordered. First was Frisco burger, second was Delivery cheezy. When it's comes to cheezy burger, the way how it looked like was horrible. The taste itself wasn't very good, meat tasted like it was made from very cheap ground meat, additionally whole burger was very salty. The same feelings share the Frisco burger, at least vegetables were quite fresh let's say. French fries were very dry, they didn't taste good. Coke was ok, which is good way to help you to get rid of the taste after burgers. To sum up, prices are very high when you compare them with other fast food brands nearby and thus it's not worth to come and visit this place because of the price is not adequate to what you are getting in return. The prices are on the similar ground like are for local burger places where you can get better quality burgers. Definitely I'm not recommending this...
