Food was ok, nevertheless not as cheap as you would expect from a bar mleczny. But the way one employee (I think she's the boss) was treating people, unbelievably rude. First she came to us to warn us that our food is ready with an extremely condescending attitude. A few minutes after she was shouting at a poor man who sat down to eat some leftovers of an uncleaned table. She preferred to throw the food away rather than giving it to him. But really the way she shouted was so unbelievably rude and humiliating. When she thinks you are not understanding Polish she won't mind talking rude about you to her colleagues. Tip: get rid of this person, if she's the boss it would be smart to let her work somewhere in the back, since she is ruining the experience. I ordered three basic dishes and had to collect them in three separate trips to the counter over a 25-minute period. I witnessed staff snatching plates of food out of customers’ hands because they couldn’t figure out who had ordered what. Another server accused a customer of taking a dish she had never received. Yet another stood staring at a plate of pierogi, unsure whether they were filled with meat or cabbage.
As for the food, it’s not as good as it used to be. Portions are small, everything is greasy, and it looks tired.
