Went for dinner with the family 10 years after our first visit, thinking it would be nice to revisit after so much time.
Firstly the original pizzeria is no more, the decor is nice, very trendy etc which is ok, that's where the positives finish i'm afraid.
I asked our server for additional toppings and was told that they can be removed but can't add to a pizza, i found this very strange but ok. The food was ok, the pizza was very wet in the middle but taste wise it was ok.
My main concern was the staff or actually the waitress. She had a group of friends there and was more interested in sitting with them, spending time and chatting rather than serving customers. On several occasions we tried to get her attention and failed, thankfully her colleague was on hand and he was fantastic. Her attitude quite honestly was rubbish, she didn't care, didn't want to do anything and seemed that everything was too much for her. When her friends left she spent all the time on her phone rather than attending to her customers!. When dessert came it was launched onto the table with no care, no professionalism and she just walked away.
It's a shame that due to her attitude the night was tainted. The guy was great, the young girl was terrible!

I didn't know that you had only been there a year - maybe before there was a pizzaria where you are located? As i said it was 10 years ago with my then Girlfriend (now Wife). according to Google timeline it was where you are now or very near.
Anyway - thanks for letting me know.

Read moreAn amazing experience! The restaurant doesn’t take reservations, but when we arrived, we were kindly asked to wait, and a table was prepared for us very quickly. The menu is clear and easy to navigate—even if you don’t recognize a specialty cheese, there’s a helpful explanation. You can choose from a standard menu (also available in English) or a seasonal one.
The open kitchen and the proper Neapolitan pizza oven add to the authenticity, and there are even instructions on the cutlery box on how to eat pizza properly. The interior is beautifully designed with pastel colors, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
This time, we skipped the starters (which include options like bruschetta, charcuterie, and focaccia) to save room for dessert. Both pizzas we ordered were incredibly tasty—you truly feel like you’re in Italy (and yes, we’ve had Neapolitan pizza in Naples). The fresh ingredients stood out, and my burrata was so creamy. Even small touches, like a drizzle of oil on the pizza, added to the authenticity.
As for dessert, the tiramisu was just perfect—creamy, balanced, and not too intense. The waitress who served us was lovely and very professional.
One detail that impressed me was the attention to the bathrooms—they’re fully equipped with everything you might need: a baby-changing table, women’s essentials, perfume, hand cream, and a small makeup mirror.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely keep...
Read moreI have been to Olio 3 times on which making my feedback. Pizza not bad, rather tasty, but the meal was not perfect on my stomach, may be some ingredients not so fresh, I don't know. The last time for example, I ordered pizza with mortadella and trufles option and a glass of red wine. Interior is interesting in nice pink color. The thing I did not like is that tables for 2 are too close to each other and sometimes you hear person talking next to your table better than a person sitting opposite to you. Not a place I would like to sit and enjoy longer than...
