During a recent visit to Zakopane, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Villa Toscana, and it was an experience that far exceeded our expectations.

Known for its authentic Italian cuisine, this charming Ristorante nestled in the picturesque Polish mountains provided an evening of culinary delight that we won't soon forget.

Service: The service at Villa Toscana was impeccable from start to finish. Our waiter, Szymon, greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel immediately welcome.

His excellent command of English and his in-depth knowledge of the menu enhanced our dining experience. Szymon's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests made our evening even more enjoyable.

Cuisine: The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. My wife chose the tagliatelle porcini, which featured perfectly cooked pasta with a rich, earthy porcini mushroom sauce. The flavors were exquisitely balanced, and the dish was a testament to the quality and authenticity of the ingredients used.

As for myself, I have a penchant for tagliatelle marinara, a dish I try in various restaurants around the world.

Even though it the tagliatelle was not on the menu but the spaghetti , the kitchen staff at Villa Toscana gladly prepared it for me.

This level of flexibility and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive.

The tagliatelle marinara was superb, with fresh seafood and a tangy, flavorful tomato sauce that rivaled some of the best I've had, including my top favorite in Boston.

The atmosphere itself is undoubtedly warm and lovely. Its got a terrace (for outdoor seating) and a beautiful view of tatra mountains from the restaurant. Staffs are friendly and can speak English well. The only negative comment I can say is that, our food came late and I had to follow up it twice. The first staff didnt come back to give us any update and the waitress who served us, well, seemed to forget us. Hence, I raised my hand again to get the attention of another waiter.
