The drinks are terrible.

Do not go to the “shisha bar” unless you want to be ripped off. Paid 25 euros for one and it tasted like nothing. We spoke to a staff member and she agreed with us after tasting it herself and told us to go to the bar and ask for a new one or our money back. We asked the guy behind the bar for a replacement/money back and were told “no”. I went up to complain and he told me that we could taste nothing because my girlfriend had a vape 😂. I was then told to spend more money and buy the 55 euro shisha instead, implying that I had to spend 30 euros more for a shisha that had a taste. 55 euros!!! If you spend 25 euros on a shisha you expect more than the taste of stale...

AVOID AVOID, especially if you are a women!! The state of the toilets is absolutely DISGUSTING. You can slip over on the wet/wee ridden floor. I asked a female to get some toilet roll, she rolled her eyes and she wasn’t seen again, yet a MAN was able to get the toilet roll within a few minutes. There really is a lack of care and if your drunk you could seriously injure your self in these toilets, I’d would avoid the whole place together, the female staff are miserable and drunk whilst working, when really they should be your safe people. Health & safety and the LAW need...

Waited ages to get served, husband went to get someone and over heard all staff saying how hungover they were. The girl who served us looked absolutely dying, and just didn't have any interest in being there, we ordered our food and waited for a half hour asking what was going on. When it eventually arrived, bacon was burnt and hard, toast was stone cold, all food wasn't warm as if it had been sitting. We then had the round effects of someone throwing up behind the fence at the back. Great spot jst a shame the staff don't have any inclination do...
