Authentic indian restaurant nested in the back of an old retro shopping gallery.
The restaurant is not visible from the street and one must go through a long corridor to find it at the very end of it. It is for habitués. The decoration is somewhere between a street restaurant and a bar, showcasing industrial materials, plenty of spirits and street art stickers and posters.
The menu is printed on the wall also. It has a bit of all that would fall under what I would imagine to be comfort food for an indian missing home. That includes panipuri (indian street food), very rare in other such restaurants in Portugal. The food is great, and authentic, and that includes the spiciness level. There are only two levels, normal spicy and very spicy. Normal was enough for me.
Service is shy as in they didn't seem very sure we were ready for the experience (probably had previous complaints on the spiciness of food). But once they saw we were into the experience and had a second round of momos (delicious btw), everyone seemed more at ease.

Read moreDelhi6 Bistro Cafe offers an exquisite taste of Indian cuisine right in the heart of Albufeira. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with authentic Indian flavors and spices. The biryani was fragrant and perfectly cooked, while the veg burger was a delightful twist on a classic favorite. Every bite was a journey through the streets of Delhi.
Despite being miles away from India, Delhi6 Bistro Cafe truly captured the essence of Indian cuisine. The prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that left us craving for more. We'll definitely be returning to Delhi6 Bistro Cafe for another...
Read moreOne of the most authentic and hands down, most delicious Indian food restaurants in Albufeira. Affordable dining, a happy wallet and a happy belly. While there are several other very good options for Indian food around, this one shines simply because of its consistency. I have been coming here every day for the past week or so, whether veg or non-veg, the chef Darshan is a very good cook and makes absolutely delicious and clean food. The owner is a lovely person. I feel at home here. I have been feeling fantastic after every meal and can only recommend you check it out yourself. The entrance is inside the building. You first enter a corridor from the street and keep walking all the way to the end past the several shops on the sides till you reach the restaurant's door. Enjoy your meal and please do not...
