We had a lunch twice here whilst our holiday in Albufeira and the crew of this place will remain in our hearts. Super friendly and authentic local Portuguese family owned and run business. I love to see when people give their best at work and the waitresses (two Portuguese ladies) here gave their 200% in terms of being attentive, friendly and hospitable to the customers. They were especially helpful with our two kids and had a baby chair and everything there. The food was made with a lot of love and was very tasty (we had lamb, chicken, octopus, fish, beef). We rarely go twice to the same place when only staying for a few days in a city but we were very convinced, so that we checked in the second time here and probably would have come even a couple of times more, if it had been open during the Eastern. We went to two other places in the old town during our stay in Albufeira but both were much more mass tourist types of restaurants, which is probably true for the vast majority of the venues in the touristic core of the town. If you want a posh restaurant... don't go and be annoyed... if you want friendly service and a proper experience where locals frequent... do it. This was the best lunch experience I've had for along as I can remember...
