Iguana Cafe is an absolute must! The location is stunning, offering breathtaking beach and sea views that make every visit special. The atmosphere is incredibly chilled, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The food is consistently excellent. Their baguettes and paninis are ideal for a tasty lunch, and the meat platters are simply delicious. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always remember us from our previous visits, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the sangria—it’s the perfect complement to the beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great spot to unwind with good food and drinks, Iguana Cafe is the place to be!

Great view, a bit warm without a breeze. Had the marinated white anchovies bruschetta. It was good. We had a baguette and panini, portions are large. The roasted chicken baguetta was okay, but I would've liked more filling. Had a lot of bread, so to say. Same for the tuna panini, it was good. The food is good, nothing special. What I disliked however, was making the payment. The receipt came on a plate mentioning that the tip was not included. The lady asked how much to put into the card machine... Subtle. Either include the tips in your prices and just enter the amount or let the customer mention a tip themselves.

The cafe has got the most beautiful ocean views from the outdoor terrace on the cliff side. We were pleasantly surprised to see vegan options on the menu. The vegan burger was made with a proper soya patty and was delicious. The vegan chickpea salad was served in a huge wooden bowl, generously packed with avocado and chickpeas, so was very filling. The prices are decent and the staff were very nice. Would definitely recommend!

we stopped here twice when we were at the marina. It is Scottish/Portuguese owned so was nice to talk to the Scottish people that own it. Angus beef from home is so good- my husband had the bruschettas with fish and was also delicious. It’s also very pink and cute and just a happy looking place which overlooks the sea and good to stop at whilst going between marina and Praias (beach).

Absolutely love this little place. Stumbled across it on a walk to the Marina from the old town of Albufeira and it's lovely. The view across the ocean is stunning. The Black Angus Burger is delicious and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are really friendly too. If you're in town, well worth a visit. Thanks to all the staff at Iguana Café, keep up the good work.

Found this on trip advisor as highly recommended so a group of 4 of us passed by off the hop on hop off bus for lunch. They have a vegan burger which was so tasty. 3 of us had burgers and chips and one the chicken baguette and everyone loved the food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Stunning view. Very glad we went.
