If there was a zero star option, then this is what this “bakery” would receive! My family and I are currently on holiday in Portugal, and we were really excited to go to this place! After walking for about an hour, we finally found it. Upon arrival, none of the staff seemed remotely interested in acknowledging us let alone serving us. It only went down hill from here, there is a ticket machine system which is extremely confusing, staff had noticed that we were clearly having difficulty however decided instead of helping.... to just openly laugh at us and “gossip” in Portuguese. They were so unfriendly and unhelpful it was unbelievable! Perhaps the owner of this establishment should spend some (a lot) of time on customer service training and remind the staff that they work in a tourist area... ie full of non Portuguese people... and also remind them that if there is no tourists then there is no work. Terrible customer service, terrible staff....
