If there was a zero star option, then this is what this “bakery” would receive! My family and I are currently on holiday in Portugal, and we were really excited to go to this place! After walking for about an hour, we finally found it. Upon arrival, none of the staff seemed remotely interested in acknowledging us let alone serving us. It only went down hill from here, there is a ticket machine system which is extremely confusing, staff had noticed that we were clearly having difficulty however decided instead of helping.... to just openly laugh at us and “gossip” in Portuguese. They were so unfriendly and unhelpful it was unbelievable! Perhaps the owner of this establishment should spend some (a lot) of time on customer service training and remind the staff that they work in a tourist area... ie full of non Portuguese people... and also remind them that if there is no tourists then there is no work. Wow! Just Wow! If you are here, like cake and don't pop in you must be mad! Soooo cheap too! Lovely staff. Wow. Sad to see the one star reviews. Mostly based on the language barrier. We walked in with Bon Dia and tried as hard as we could to respect the language. I think they appreciate that and we're respectful with us. We respectfully sat, ate and left as there is clearly a shortage of seating with the place being so small. Definitely recommend though. Take away prices are silly too! The lady in front of us had a small selection box of cakes for €2! We had two cakes and coffee for €4. We'd have paid double after tasting...

Bad service, the staffs keep screaming from inside for you to get up from the table where you sat(in my case outside) to pick up your food... Wrong change given even that I could tell which coins I gave to make exactly change, not giving the right orders, missing food from my order(luckily this one I could prove as I still had the receipt with me)..
