Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albufeira

Ok so this is only the second time I've been to a pizza hut restaurant, mainly because of the prices. We were on holiday so thought why not. Big mistake. The place wasn't busy at all. Just us and a few others. We waited a good half hour for three small pizzas and garlic bread when 2 pizzas arrived. He said mine wouldn't be long. Then we realised the garlic bread wasn't here. So guessed it would come with my pizza. Soooo another half hour later my pizza turns up. Turns out they dropped two on the floor and completely forgot the garlic bread starter. Totally...

weirdest pizza I have ever eaten till now .The dough was hard, and the pizza itself was tasteless. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the lack of attention to detail in its preparation.

I understand that mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant, but as a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality in the food that I receive. I hope that this issue can be addressed and that steps will be taken to ensure that it does not happen again...

The order taker Gabriel Sousa was very rude while taking the order and walked off abusing before we finished the order. Then he was staring when we complaining to the manager Daniela, who was extremely apologetic. This guy should be removed from this place immediately. This was a racist behaviour he showed. The management should see the video recording in the store to understand the problem. I hope they do something about this person. No one in the service industry...
