Im not picky at all but comes to a point. Server seated us and said he’d be back to take our order, but he didnt. After 15 minutes we went to the front to order. 10 mins to get our drinks and another 10 for 2 breakfasts. Underwhelming to be polite, sausage wasnt the right kind for a breakfast, bacon was pink and bland, bread came with no butter, beans were cold and the fried eggs were the worst cooked Ive ever seen in a restaurant, some runny bits but mostly hard yolk, with bits of shell left on it. When paying server was confused and tried to overcharge us, and couldnt understand the difference between cash and card. Shambles. Owner is also pretty rude

A great place to eat, very tasty food, loved the fish, piripiri chicken and salads, though not a lot to choose from but enough for one to pick from considering they serve almost all day! Staff very helpful, prices reasonable, can eat as much or less as you want. Conveniently priced per kg which is good avoiding waste. Take away available and can take home whatever is left on your plate in caae you got too excited with the food! Would definitely visit again, and would recommend! We both really like La Em Casa mostly because the menu is appealing and varied plus it changes every day. The service we've received has always been excellent whilst the restaurant is a tranquil place to spend an hour or two.
