I was so excited to try this spot and have a nice brunch there but I can tell you now how disappointed I was. First of all, I want to congratulate the chef for the amazing food, everything was delicious. Again, I am talking about the food not the drinks. We arrived at 11:10 am, I ordered a cappuccino, a Dona Rosa, some royal eggs and a nice pastry with raspberry and litchi for dessert. My brother ordered a chai latte and my mom also a cappuccino. I ordered everything at the same time and I mentioned I would like them to bring everything together because that’s the way I like having brunch. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later they brought only the two cappuccinos and the chai latte without anything else, no food and cocktail. Honestly, the chai latte was terrible and the two cappuccinos were cold. Thereby, my brother asked to switch the chai latte for a hot chocolate and it this one was pretty good. Then, 10 minutes later they brought my eggs, again without my cocktail and my pastry. Once they brought my eggs, I let them know again I wanted everything at the same time and they replied to me they will do. However, I had to wait 30 minutes more to get my cocktail and my dessert so in total I waited an hour to get everything which is unacceptable!!! I really don’t understand because this place was not packed so they were not so busy and the dessert was ready. In addition a cocktail is really quick to prepare. To summarize, I had to wait 30 minutes to eat my eggs with my cold cappuccino and then 30 minutes more to eat my dessert with my cocktail, which doesn’t make sense at all. I didn’t have such a bad service in years and I travel a lot with my family. The food is pretty good that’s why it’s such a shame because everything is important : food quality, professional service and nice atmosphere/decor. This place is in the top 5 of the worst service I got in my life and I really wanted to post nice pictures and do some advertisement for you because it’s such a lovely place but I won’t because it was such a disappointment. I didn’t enjoy it and I won’t recommend your place not because of the food (tasty food) but the service...

Read moreM stands for MEDIOCRE. Should be SA Bakery, SA for Stay Away! I havent even finished what i cannot call lunch and I am super HANGRY ! Why do they even call it a bakery if you need to wait over 1hour to get dissapointing food. How difficult and time consuming can it be to cut open a croissant and add 2 layers of stuff in it? Drinks arrived after 30min, and food over after 1hour, and it arrived cold, and I am still HANGRY. Limonade is literally lemon juice mixed with water, a pure rip off. The saucage truffels not only arrived cold, i didn't see, recognize or taste any saucage! I only saw, recognized and tasted cheese, lots of it! Croissant was mediocre. Don't be fooled by the looks. Really mediocre. Kid's burgers and sweet patatoe fries arrived cold. My son nothing was good. We are leaving, havong paid a lot of money and still being hungry. And angry. STAY AWAY unless you want to pay for...
