We've been here as a couple looking for vegan food. The good reviews lead us here. We've been greeted by the waitress with a list of different languages instead of a hello and should have left right then. I myself went to the bathroom first and my girlfriend waited for me at the table. When I came back she told me the waitress wanted to know what we would like to have while I was away. As soon as I sat down she reappeared and asked "decided?" with a grunty face. Over the course of only about 5 minutes she asked three times while there were only 3 tables seated. As starters we had falafel with teriyaki sauce and hummus toast with vegetables. Both for 5€. The starter of my partner arrived first and I had to wait about 10 minutes for mine while hers was already getting cold. The main course - 2 hamburgers - arrived shortly after we finished our first plate. The sweet potato chrisps (not fries/chips!) were far too crispy. The burger was dry and the bread seemed not done. I regret to say, as I would love to support more 100% vegan restaurants, that the food really isn't as good as reviewed by others and the waitress seemed to have a really bad day.

This place was a surpise! The burgers of the people sitting next to me looked delicious, so I ordered one for myself, and it didn't disappoint me. I ordered a vegan burger that came with some crunchy sweet potatoes with sauce. I loved every bit of it, and if I'll even pass by Aveiro again, I'll come back to this place and try some of other vegeterian/vegan option (there's plenty of choice)!

Charming vegan cafe in Aveiro, which is Portugal’s Venice. The food was delightful as we had a tofu burger, lentil soup, a small salad, mushroom risotto with pumpkin cream, and croquettes. Moreover, the server was attentive and hospitable. This was the perfect lunch stopover during our journey from Lisbon to Porto. Eat clean.

Staff were really nice. It was very busy and they were pleasant and under the circumstance.

We has two burgers and unfortunately I've had better buffets. Really disappointed as I was hungry and its not that cheap for what it is. It was cold, the bread looked old, and whilst I ate mine as it was objectively edible, it was bad food and my partner left their food. We saw another couple leave their food as well. I've eaten a lot of plant based places as Ive been Portugal for 3 years - and this was the kind of thing I'd expect at a resturant which didnt usually make plant based food / had one thing on the menu - not somewhere that just made that kind of food.

I almost never leave bad reviews, but it was unfortunately that poor. Maybe they had a bad day given the other reviews, but I'd...

I had the daily menu, it was roasted vegetables with lentil stew. I was expecting The vegetables and the stew separated, they came in a single plate, a combination of a bit uncooked lentils and fruit and spinach salad with roasted sweet potato. I liked the salad, it was citrus and sweet, even though it needed a bit of salt, then I saw that all the liquid was at the bottom, that is, not coating the vegetables as in a good salad. I would give it 4 stars if it came separated, and properly cooked lentils. I also had a Tofu Quiche because the previous was not very filling. It needed a tiny bit of salt too and not the most flavourful. If you are looking for healthy food this is a good place, whether you are...
