So… it’s a new place, but the waitress mentioned they have another restaurant in Gaia… so they’re not “new”. The place is quite nice, good atmosphere, good Mexican music, good service. The kitchen is a little slow.

As far as Mexican food - the food is tasty, though me being Mexican I can say - it’s not really very authentic. The michelada is.. not. It’s more like a sangria, tasty and a bit sweet but no michelada. The chilaquiles are… not. Tasty, but not chilaquiles, more like shredded pork nachos. But my biggest gripe is around the prices for what they give you. €2.50 for hot sauce?! Really?! I should get a take-home jar for that. €15 or €16 for Huevos Rancheros?! In my hometown of San Antonio Texas, that would be around $5-$7. The burritos are in the vein of Taco Bell. Nonetheless, I wish them well as the options in Aveiro area are slim for Mexican… or at least...

I visited El Guacamole restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a huge letdown. Despite the name suggesting authentic Mexican food, the reality is that there's nothing remotely Mexican about this place.

But the worst part was the service. When we arrived, an older lady told us in a rude manner that they already had all the tables reserved, despite there being at least 10 empty tables. How weird!

But we didn't give up. We ordered takeout, but to our surprise, they told us they couldn't do it. What kind of service is this?!

In summary, my experience at El Guacamole was a huge failure. The food wasn't authentic Mexican and the service was poor and rude. I hope this place improves soon, but until then, I don't...

El Guacamole in Aveiro is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to the heart of Mexico. The vibrant decor, lively music, and warm atmosphere create an immersive experience.

The food is simply outstanding. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and authenticity. The service was incredibly fast and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's clear that a lot of care goes into creating a fantastic dining experience.

If you're craving delicious Mexican cuisine in a fun and energetic setting, El Guacamole is...
