Hao Hua — Restaurant in Aveiro

I am usually not somebody who likes to write bad reviews but we met this Extremely rude owner lady with an aggressive attitude (who did not speak any English )and was possibly one of my worst Chinese meals ever.. The wantons were cooked in cold oil .,so oily ..the rest of the food had no flavour or balance …she also didn’t want to note the order and wanted to do by memory and bungled up the order and was definitely an avoidable experience..there are better places to eat in this charming town and we left a party of 8 people left most of the food and had a nice...

What an amazing find. We are big fans of Chinese food and eat it at least once every couple of weeks where ever we are in the world. Tonight’s meal ranks as one of the best. The food was superb; from sweet and sour chicken to sizzling beef, it was faultless. And value for money was off the chart. Not least we had a lovely bottle of house red for about €6.50 that was excellent. If you are in Aveiro, treat yourself...

We were received an hour before new years, with no expectations that we would get a table and lucky us the staff provided one for us right away. The service was quick and very friendly. The rice noodles with vegetables were heavenly, and the egg roles bigger than my head. If I ever return to Aveiro, this will be a mandatory...
