Had a meal here this afternoon, it was nice! Service was kinda relaxed, right away we were offered drinks - a nice sangria but then the server disappeared never to be seen again. We were never approached for food after getting a 1 litre sangria, I think maybe they assumed we were just tourists after some drinks and that was it. Finding vegan food in Portugal is not impossible. I walked into this restaurant on the basis of the lentil soup that was on a sign outdoors. When I asked about vegan options, I was told there wasn't a vegan menu, but the waiter recommended the lentil soup and a salad platter. I said yes since I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and the waiter seemed trustworthy. I'm glad I said yes. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The sandwiches were sooo delicious (pictured: ribatejana on left, transmontana on right). Based on other reviews, I also had to try the passion fruit sangria and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke English, which made the experience all the more seamless.
