The hotel is in an amazing location, the rooms have been updated and nice especially with a water view. I've stayed here several times for workshops. They have a bar and a restaurant with great views, the food has always been tip notch, that being said, the service is very slow, even my Portuguese friends complain so, it's not cultural, the service is inconsistent and not always with a smile. Some days you order the house wine and it's €5 the next day they charge you€7, and they don't like it if you complain. This hotel has so much potential but a well trained and courteous staff in food service is necessary to...

This place looks nice from outside, we came with a small group and we asked to have 2 tables put together, while there was other tables put together. We asked and they said only those tables can be put together which made no sense but we compromised and had 2 tables 5 /6ft apart. Then my daughter was starving and asked for a sandwich and the waitress said ok. We ordered a bunch off sangria l/water etc. after of 20 min of waiting I went up to her and got attitude and said no and gave me a menu.. we were furious. I couldnt believe how mad the service was here, will never recommended or...

This place was a really great spot to end a beach day! The patio dining overlooked the town and the water, as well as the Eurocup viewing site. We got there at 7:00 and they told us we couldn’t eat until 7:30 but we could sit and have drinks. We sat and they let us look at the menu and we ordered right at 7:30. The food came quickly. We got bread to share which came with flavored butter, oil with balsamic, and olives. I ordered the shrimp risotto which was delicious and passed around the table. They had a nice restroom we were able to use as well. I highly recommend this...

The beach is located in the tourist area. The beauty that surrounds this small beach is still to be sought. A special view opens from the sight wheel. It is one of the most beautiful places in Lisbon. There is something to look at and get lots of positive impressions. There is one luxury and uniqueness around. Everywhere is very clean, well maintained and many tourists. There is something to admire and continue your promenade.

The service was friendly. The dishes were served very quickly. The portion of risotto was enormous with plenty of shrimp inside, but overall it was rather bland, so I had to add a good amount of salt and pepper. The hazelnut latte macchiato, unfortunately, was undrinkable — the amount of syrup made it terribly sweet. I asked for some water to be added, but it didn’t help. My friend had the seabass and said the fish was tasty.

Had lunch here today at the Baía Hotel. The roasted octopus was delicious. I wasn’t quite sure that I was going to like it but after one bite I was hooked. My sister in law had the mushroom risotto and commented that it was better than she could get at home. The view of the Caiscais beach Praia de Ribeira is why we decided to eat at this hotel restaurant. The adventurous diner will not be disappointed.
