McDonald's — Restaurant in Cascais

Oh my God, what a horror! I went to McDonald's in Cascais near the station today, it was full of people, there was not enough staff in the kitchen, some woman was walking around and yelling bad words at everyone, calling everyone names, everything was clear from people's emotions. It's terrible that she speaks badly to her people and I understand that she is the head or some kind of manager there. Everything is so terrible, there is not enough staff in the kitchen, no one has time to work. Oh my God, the center, the city can't recruit staff or is everything just so bad there? And such a terrible atmosphere that no one probably wants to work there??!!! Seeing how this woman walks around and orders everyone around, probably the owner of the bistro should know in order to somehow fight this and do something for good service in the center of the resort...

Went in when we were visiting Cascais on a very hot day, ordered some food and asked for my water bottle to be refilled with some tap water because usually it's no big deal any where else. They refused to fill my water bottle up because they had water in bottles to sell to me instead.. Didn't actually offer to sell me the water... Just refused to fill mine because the previously bottled water existed. Very disappointing especially from such a large corporation who doesn't need the extra two euro from me on a very hot day especially when multiple family owned restaurants that we visited after GLADLY filled up my water bottle free of charge with no problem whatsoever. Two of the servers were a bit rude. I asked “do you have any salt” and one, apparently, thought I was asking for ?japanese salt? (I’m asian btw) and was like “we don’t have japanese salt here” with a funny look and I enunciated better to correct her impression. She was like you mean salt? we have salt but no japanese salt. I literally said yes that’s what I wanted when she pulled out the packet and yet she continued and was like “this is the only salt we have no japanese salt”. I got the salt and walked to my table, several meters away. Then I heard her coworker laughing and going “japanese salt!” and started loudly saying “matcha teriyaki sushi”.
