Absolutely loved this place. THIS is the place to go for TASTY sea food!! I promise you will definitely not be disappointed. First we started off with mussels Portuguese style (ask the waiter) with a little bit of lemon, soooo good!! We also got the seafood cataplana. Delicious and savory! It comes with fish, shrimp, mussels, and veggies! It’s for two, the price is definitely worth it!!! I believe the owner took care of us, and the waiters definitely made sure there was no plates in the way. If I ever get the chance to visit Portugal again, this will absolutely be first stop to eat!! Walking around, the street sign in front of Tasca da Vila caught my eye with limited offer but sounded enticing. But it as full, so we went in search of another. Having not found space or something interesting we ventured back to Tasca. No regrets. Crowds thinned, service was prompt and friendly and food excellent. Price was decent and bellow our expectation for what we got-grilled cod, grilled octopus with smashed potatoes all covered in olive oil, Devine. And of course a bottle of Portuguese white wine. Miss the crowds, but don’t...
