Just an awful experience. I ordered the express burger and fries with a lemonade. As you can see from the photo the burger left a lot to be desired. That old American commercial with the old lady making a cranky comment about “where’s the beef” keeps replaying in my mind. No condiments were brought to the table with the food so I had to start without them. Nothing to say about the fries. They were unremarkable McDonald’s knockoffs. The lemonade was served unsweetened. They claim the Spaniards love it that way. Ok, to each their own but at least serve it packages of sugar so everyone has their option. I had to go back inside the restaurant and ask for sugar. That wasn’t so bad. They had warned me about being unsweetened at the time I ordered, but I asked them to bring me some sugar with the lemonade and then I had to track it down myself. Not the best place for lunch. I won’t go back

Read moreMy first day I went to visit after reading the reviews. I had a small chicken snack and espresso which was delicious and started my day off right! The place is located next to a small street and is perfect for people watching and tables are comfortably placed outside. The staff (especially the girl with dark hair) made my experience more enjoyable :) she offered me tasty treats and explained each one to me so I knew what I was ordering. I kept eating here each morning because the price was right and the toasties are only £5-7 which is less expensive than nearby competitors. The yellow chairs give it a fun eclectic feeling and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting. I went two days in a row and had the tuna toastie and fresh orange juice as well. Thank...
Read moreFood was fantastic. Stopped off at this quaint place on my second morning in Faro. Had read the reviews and wasn't disappointed.
I started with a simple cappuccino, presentation was cute and the choc sauce was very tasty.
Staff seemed to very initially but the second younger lady served me mainly. Think her name began with a K
I got the ham and cheese toastie. Something nice and simple. The sprinkling of oregano (I think it was, was tasty and added a Herby kick)
Toilets were decent. Only on shared though. Unfortunately toilet paper had run out, but a previous trip to Morocco recently ensured I was prepared.
For the price, smiley staff, beautiful surroundings and inside pastries on offer, would definitely recommend,.and may go back before...
