We’ve been to this place just recently, we arrived and waited to be sited, no one came, we had to approach a waiter to ask for a table, once at the table, we got the menus, decided our food and we were waiting for someone to come take the order, again, no one came. We waited for over 15min, then we had to call someone again, at this point we should’ve left. Waiter came to take our order after that time, ordered a pasta and ravioli, and then he asked what type of pasta I wanted for my ravioli which got me really confused but I’m not one to argue, so I gave a pasta. Then he came asking who order the ravioli, I said “me”, he said you know you don’t have to choose any pasta right? And I was like yeah you asked 🤷🏽♀️. Food was okay, to be honest it was really tasty and well presented, the only part we enjoyed and the reason for the 3 stars. Then again, to pay, we waited and nobody came… we had to go to the till ourselves, the waiter was extremely rude when asking about our table number (which we did not have and didn’t know all this time) and we just said that we were sat outside, to which the waiter roll his eyes and just handed the card machine, didn’t even say how much it was.. honestly the...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I visited this place today with my 8 yr old son after a wonderful boat trip abs cathedral visit. The drinks were fine but I ordered a Macaroni cheese which came dull of strong blue cheese and spinach- neither were mentioned on the menu. The elderly waitress was OST rude when I mentioned to her. A plate of penne pasta with cream was the replacement. I ate two pieces. It was tasteless and she knew. We shortly after, asked for the bill and I was most surprised to see the pasta at 12€ on it. I told her I hadn’t eaten as she knew since it was not edible. We were running to an appointment and she said she couldn’t let me pay for the other items until the manager came.
He did so five minutes later and was verbally abusive to me then accosted me by grabbing my arm. The other staff members ran indoors. Two outside tables did nothing to help me.
I fears for my and my son’s safety. I eventually paid the full amount to escape and jumped into a taxi. The driver was most concerned and asked it I needed a doctor.
We attended our appt at Cliff Nay hotel from where I called the police to report the bully.
Such behaviour should NOT be tolerated and I remain shaken by his...
Much ado about nothing. It seems the two neighboring restaurants – one offering sushi, the other fish and pizza – are not on good terms. Guests are quickly caught in the middle: those wanting sushi are directed to tables on the right, while those wanting fish or pizza are told to sit on the left. Staff tries to move guests accordingly – even if you’re already seated. If you don’t comply, you’re met with confused looks. From the outside, it’s impossible to tell which table belongs to which restaurant. It would be much better if guests could simply choose freely – especially when one wants sushi and the other pizza. The two places would do well to cooperate. At the moment, it just feels chaotic – a pity, as the food could be quite good.
Mucho ruido y pocas nueces.
