As massive Sushi fans, we left here verging on angry. We downloaded their app, ordered as per instructions and the first set of Sushi came which to be honest was very good! The waitress then put our order in for the second set and then the third round. About 45 minutes later the waitress asked why we weren't ordering anu more, and we explained we hadn't had any of the previous rolls we had ordered. At this stage she went and reprocessed the orders, but 45 minutes later (so over an hour and a half later after putting the order in) and seeing several other plates, multiple takeaways (which it seems are prioritised) nothing appeared. We were falsely told "it's coming" enough times that in the end we paid for our drinks and left. The attitude of almost shrugging the shoulders, saying its not their fault, and subsequently not prioritising an order after admitting their fancy iPad ordering system had failed on them left us so disappointed. Had they got it out straight away instead of just treating it as a new order at the back of the queue, or getting it in ahead of takeaway orders, or even communicated to us throughout then it would have been a resolvable experience. It's a shame as the tiny bit of food we did have was tasty, but leaving hungrier than when you arrive is not the best outcome for a new restaurant! I would encourage the management to revisit some staff training around what to do if something goes slightly out of process... It was an easily...
