SANDOSKAS sandwiches burger & co — Restaurant in Lagoa

Love this place. The gentleman in charge is really pleasant, and nothing is too much for him and the lady in the kitchen. There is no such thing as a small serving in here. My wife ordered the half tuna sandwich option, and it was still huge, I opted for a burger, which filled a gap perfectly. When we get near the end of our holiday and get fed up with the formality of eating in restaurants each night we find that this place fits our requirement perfectly and the food is really good...well worth a visit. A cozy place with view to the ocean. A place you would miss if you blinked an eye walking by.

Can recommend for a quick snack, but the portions were unfortunately a little on the smaller side (even considering the prices) and I'm not that much of a heavy eater.

When we wanted to pay we recognized they charged us double for the chicken nugget dish with fries, as I had ordered them without fries because I had fries with my breaded pork already. When I asked the waiter why it was charged double, they quickly figured it out, apologized and fixed the bill. I still wanted to give a small tip but they denied and apologized again. I don't think it was a tourist trap, but just in case...

We visited Sandoskas today for a light bite after a day on the beach.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. They also accept cards and not just cash, almost everywhere else in towns is cash only.

The food came out super quick which was great. We went for the burger and chip's and it was okay. The chips were under cooked for my taste, I prefer them cooked a little longer and crunchier. The burgers were big and hit the spot, the fried egg was cooked perfectly. I did find the burger under seasoned but not a deal breaker.

Overall it was okay, can't fault the service and the price was good for...
