A deeply disappointing experience. Our visit to A Passagem in Lagos was marked by hostility from the outset. Some of us entered briefly to look at the pastries — as any interested customer might — and were immediately told to leave in a rude and aggressive tone. When my young son lightly touched a placemat, instead of addressing the situation calmly, the woman running the café made a harsh and unnecessary comment. I felt compelled to respond, especially since this was said in front of my child. Her reaction escalated quickly: shouting, making unfounded accusations, and ending the confrontation with extremely inappropriate language — all in front of my children.

This level of unprofessionalism and emotional instability was shocking. No customer — local or tourist, adult or child — should ever be treated this way. And judging by similar negative reviews, this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. I intend to file an official complaint and hope the matter is taken seriously by the relevant...

Woman who is working there is SO unpolite and unkind!! Don't go here. At the beggining she was talking portuguese even I said hello in english and clearly explained that I don't speak her language. Some woman who was sitting a few tables from me wanted to help and tried to translate to this unpolite waitress, but she was also rude to her and said in english and she don't need translator!! When I ask later does she have some fresh Juice she said to me that I go inside and see what she have.
