Extremely poor quality of beef served under difficult conditions, think they used stewing steak for prawn and beef skewers when only BBQ cooking Facilities available, maybe should not have been on menu. No acknowledgement from management after paying upfront.

I would like to say in reply, a simple apology on the evening would have sufficed, even though the waitress passed on all our dissatisfaction regarding the beef, every peice of which was left at the side of the plate ( 8 pieces ) part chewed. All members off staff passed our table numerous times giving ample opportunity to check if all was OK, But nobody did, also I never made any criticism of the temperature of the food, I requested a hot plate when making my order, but my fish dish was served on a cold plate. I did state the evening was difficult and we did appreciate being able to eat out when all around were closed, but as I said at the beginning a simple apology would have sufficed. With your location I can't believe you treat all your customers...

Food was mediocre. Couvert: Olives without stones (machines) is just a bad thing. Bread from a bag or something, it was ok. Butter was good. Carrots ok.

Starters: we had a roasted sausage (typical Spanish one). The taste is very strong and eating it without anything is impossible. Serve a half and make some additions to level out the salt. None of 5 would buy again.

Cod a lagerio: bacalhao. Very well cooked. Just too salty. The sides on the order did not cancel out the saltiness.

Polvo a lagerio: that was ok

Burgers : kids didnt eat up, bread bland. They werent happy. We've had restaurant burgers 5+ times this holiday in Portugal that was way better.

Fried chicken: ok, but nothing special.

Aperol Spritz: not a thing to complain about. House white: 3,5€ thought it was 5€ good for the price.

We tried this place for dinner based on positive Google reviews but it was quite disappointing. I got the pork ribs which despite waiting about 50 minutes for were completely cold. Definitely not “slow cooked and grilled”. The chips were nice. My girlfriend got the burger which was very rare although was not asked if that was how she wanted it. Neither of us finished our food. The service was also quite slow, we waited 20 minutes after sitting down to place an order for drinks. We finished these before our food came, and we ordered a second round of drinks which never arrived.
