O Farnel - Snack Bar — Restaurant in Lagos

We paid for a coffee and then my partner asked to use the bathroom ( in a nice way, just so the owner doesn’t try to counter the review with us not being nice to them). She used it while another person from our three person group just went to wash their hands. What followed is that we started getting berated by a server lady in her 50’s about a coffee not being enough for the privilege of using the bathroom( amazing privilege in a place that looks like a cheap pub ), another server also started tagging along with her and was saying that we are taking the heat due to the other tourists also wanting to use the bathroom due to its close location to the bus station?? In all my years in Lagos never had this level of service. Take notice that we aren’t the only people with similar complaints about service! Should’ve asked for the complaint book but was honestly astonished...

I am a pregnant woman, I was on my way to leave the Lagos. I was passing near to this restaurant, I felt unwell, I asked politely to the manager, at his late 30s or 40s if I could use their toilet as I was unwell, he refused he said for customer only. Then I even asked if I could give something as we usually go in any places such as London, Paris or Newyork, he refused and was totally rude to me. Therefore, I asked to pay something he also refused. Please do not go there. Even one customers felt sorry for me. Customers outside told me it was an unacceptable from him.This is the most disgusting experience I have in Lagos. Totally insane. I LOVE this adorable little place!! Everyone is very friendly and warm. Staff and customers all make us feel at home here. Pretty much anything you want to drink from espresso to alcoholic drinks and everything in between. The food is excellent made right there. Breakfast through dinner menu are all fantastic.
