We have visited this take away many times and would have given them 4 stars previously.

Today they were rude and unpleasant.

Having handed over our ticket and placed our order in English, we waited and waited until we felt embarrassed. On asking how our order was progressing, the head staff member told us that her colleague does not speak English (clearly not the case) and that the dish we ordered had run out an hour before. What's more that if we wanted to avoid problems, we should learn to speak Portuguese.

We left somewhere that we had viewed with affection both bruised and hurt.
