Boudh sushi and ramen bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

ordered from uber eats to try something new. I ordered pork ramen, shrimp gyosas and chicken nuggets. They brought chicken wings instead of nuggets but it was ok since they were very good and it turned out to be a good surprise. Regarding the ramen i found it very plain and i think they sent chicken ramen instead of pork. I recommend the restaurant to use thinner noodles because the noodles looked more like spaghetti and that will certainly upgrade their ramen! Also i suggest you guys add a few more ingredients to give a bit more of taste to the soup. Overall the food wasn’t amazing considering the price but the staff seems to be very kind considering they sent an iced tea for father’s day and i value that. I saw the other reviews and other people were saying the sushi is amazing so maybe i just didn’t order their specialty, i might pass by to try the sushi....

(US Tourist) Upon sitting down and viewing the menu, the shop looked rather promising for what was presented. I dined in with 4 others in which they were easily able to accommodate a party of 5 in a smaller storefront. Our server was able to answer our questions easily and with much knowledge. However, upon receiving my ramen, I was quickly disappointed with the dish as all the ingredients were lackluster. The noodles themselves were not even of the ramen type. Instead the noodles were just typical spaghetti noodles and the other ingredients like the sprouts seemed to be quite flimsy. The broth lacked much flavor and did not blend too well with the pork cut...

We were welcome by an amazing nepali marriage, they were super friendly marriage, the husband proceeds to serves us the drinks and then explains us the items in the menu.

If you're looking for a traditional asian sushi experience this is the place, the husband cooks the sushi in the bar so you can see what's he's doing making the experience even more familiar, and the wife cooks the rest of the great plates such as the traditional momos from Nepal with a delicious sauce, or the ramen which has a flavorful Chicken broth.
