Burger Pros — Restaurant in Lisbon

The vegetarian option is pretty tasteless. The patty is basically a fried mix, with chunks of vegetables like corn and carrot. It's tasteless, and drenched in cooking oil. The sauce is the only source of flavor in it. One thing that could exist is the possibility to have a veggie patty (not this one please), on the lunch menu they offer for 5€. Which unfortunately isn't possible right now. For two reasons, one because they wouldn't lose much money, and probably save some. And because one could then have another vegetarian option on the menu. Instead of being an afterthought in the menu.

Also, they didn't provide me a receipt, nor put it in the system. Just gave me the card payment receipt. Probably why the food...

Had their 'Pros Bacon burger' with chips and burger sauce. To call themselves Burger Pros should have been a warning.

The burgers, had a buy one get one free deal, were both the same. No flavour, little sauce, and just no taste. I couldn't even finish it. When I looked inside, I wasn't shocked, it looked exactly like it tasted. Nothing like a real burger.

The burger sauce shouldn't be called that. It's mayo with maybe mixed with tartar. No flavour, no spice or anything like what a burger sauce should be.

The chips were good so that was the only thing I could eat from my meal. Such a shame and...

This is the 3rd time I ordered from Uber eats And so far every time I ordered the food has come cold... n the driver always has another stop to make before coming by... and i hate microwaving food.

Edit: you guys cant even close the burger box or the fries box.... isnt it time to get a bigger box? I order from else where too and as long as they got a warm food bag, the food arrives warm. 3/3 times getting cold food cant just be blamed on the driver. You guys need better bigger boxes that can hold in heat. updated to 4 stars because ur food is good especially fries but im never ordering...
