Wow. Very authentic Szechuan food!! (I’m ethnically Chinese so I’ve eaten a lot of of Chinese food my whole life.)
We found this place recommended on Reddit and decided to make the trek out of the tourist center of Lisbon to give it a try, as we’d been traveling in Europe for a bit we missed Chinese food.
We got a couple of classics - 夫妻肺片 (beef and tripe in chilli oil),凉皮 (cold gluten noodles),鱼香茄子 (garlic eggplant),干锅肥肠 (dry pot intestines).
The portions are large. Two of us ate here for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner. The food is very flavorful and doesn’t skimp on the chilli oil and other aromatics.

Read moreWas surprised to find a good chinese restaurant here in Lisbon after many failed tries at the illegal chinese joints and other places more near the center. This was honest simple Sichuan food that tasted on par with what I get in NYC. Kung Pao Chicken and Ma pa tofu were spot on. Not overly spiced or sugared. Sliced fish in spicy soup was great as well (huge portion). And def had some kick. Some of the dishes and rice were luke warm by the time they reached the table ...I wish they heated the bowls/plates. I like my chinese...
