Roma Sushi and Bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

I’m going to be honest - it’s not a place I would walk into (for many reasons! But its a cute place just not very visible) but I am SO HAPPY I read the reviews and that we came. This is my new go-to sushi place.

Food: best and freshest sushi I’ve had so far in Portugal. It’s not 90% rice balls and actually has amazing flavors. Great variety of sushi and I can’t stress enough the FRESHNESS. My friend doesn’t eat tuna and she loved it.

Service: SUPER friendly and accommodating. We even got to put our own music and they were sweet and epic.

It’s literally a 3 table small shop, with one amazing chef that makes things on the spot and with a lot of love. They do have take out but the in person experience is cooler.

found it on google maps by chance and went in as we both wanted sushi – and it was the best idea we'd had. we ordered the 2 person 20 piece combo and i had the miso soup. miso was super tasty and delicious and bigger than usual ??

the sushi was gorgeous in taste and in presentation. it took a while but that is all worth it as the staff make the sushi to order and it's not premade. we definitely agreed we should've ordered the 30 or 40 piece but we were in a rush to continue our day!

I was truly impressed by the exceptional quality of this sushi restaurant. The freshness of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes, and the flavors exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say it’s just as good as (or even better than) many well-known sushi places.
