Bad cocktails and unprofessional staff.
As I moved to Lisboa, I wanted to try this Cocktail bar. After looking at the menu (only cocktails), we asked for 2 basics well-know cocktails but not written on the menu : MOSCOW MULE and CAIPIRINHA. The bartender told me « ok I need to ask if it’s ok ». Hm ok, for a cocktail bar.. seems logical to have the possibility to do this kind of cocktail but let’s see..
Finally we got the 2 cocktails. The Moscow Mule wasn’t in a Moscow Mule glass (but in a kind of basic water glass), and made with normal ice cube (2) instead of crushed ice. The taste was ok / average, nothing special. Concerning the Caipirinha.. well it was not a Caipirinha but kind of Mojito. We noticed the waitress that it’s not a Caipirinha, and give back the Cocktail and ask for another cocktail instead (as they were not able to do a normal Caipirinha).
Time for the bill, and was surprised to see I was charge too for the « fake » Caipirinha we returned to the bartender. I Obviously complain, and the waitress just told me they cannot remove the Caipirinha of the bill.. Well Well.. The cocktails are at the same level than the staff : low.
To conclude, according to the quality and the price of the cocktails there, you can go to Palacio Chiado, JNCQUOI Asia or the SEEN, they have really good cocktails for the same price in a much more beautiful...

The know-how - The team is managed by a friendly renown award winning expert responsible mentor to almost every other famous Lisbon bar and every team member is without exception responsible for a very warm experience yet always elegant, but not too formal.
The cocktail - Afterall that's what it's all about. The quality is superb but to better suit one's desires if you request the team will make the right questions to ensure that you'll have a suiting experience as well as one that fully explored the quality offer.
Space / Environment: The light is crucial to make an intimate environment that inspires interesting or revealing conversation, inviting for special moments is the fact that the light is barely enough, making it a rare case in times of excess of light. That characteristic makes it a calm and envolving place lit by a few spot lights and a set of candles inserted inside of 3 huge cubes of ice which melt at the speed that your palate does as well. But it is also chic with a transparent lit "staircase" of exquisite and rare drinks over a turquoise velvet fabric. Also the mediaeval bathroom doors are a thing...

The space is chill, dark, and cozy, but filled with quirky design details that give it a fun, slightly eccentric energy. The backbar is nicely showcased, and seating is excellent—plenty of bar spots plus comfortable couches for groups. Music is well tuned to the vibe, never intrusive.
Drinks: 9/10 Recommendation: No 5, I Noah Guy The menu is massive and creative—currently themed around Star Wars. It’s a bit tricky to navigate but offers a huge range of cocktails. Flavors are strong and well executed. Presentation is impressive, with unique glassware and creative ice work. Garnishes are minimal, depending on the drink. Coasters are only served with selected cocktails.
Service: 7.5/10 Water isn’t served on arrival, but when requested, it’s delivered in a playful way—with a custom ice cube and cherry inside. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive, though not as polished as Lisbon’s very top-tier bars. Reservations aren’t required. Prices sit at an average...
