On May 31st, I had booked a session at Hot Cold Club with great excitement. It was going to be my first experience there, and I wanted to celebrate my last weekend before my wedding with my mom. Unfortunately, on the same day, my dog had an accident and broke a paw. I spent the entire afternoon at the vet in an emergency situation (I have an official statement confirming I was there from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.), which overlapped with the session I had booked (from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.). I immediately sent an email explaining what had happened, sincerely apologizing for not being able to attend, and kindly asked if it would be possible to receive a voucher to use the experience at a later date, since this was a last-minute emergency and I had proper documentation. The reply I received stated that because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance, they couldn’t make any exceptions, even in the case of an emergency. I fully understand having a cancellation policy, but I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy in this situation. I provided official documentation, and the circumstances were entirely out of my control. I even sent a second email to explain further, but unfortunately, it was ignored. It’s with regret that I leave this review, because I was genuinely looking forward to visiting the space. But this experience made me lose all interest. I believe that in any kind of service, there needs to be a balance between rules and basic human...

The Hot Cold Club is easily one of my favorite spots for recovery and relaxation. Every employee I’ve met has been genuinely kind (special shout out to Adriana, Sara, and Lucas), which makes the whole experience welcoming from the start. Scheduling is simple, and the facility itself has a clean, tropical feel that immediately puts you at ease. The ice baths are thoughtfully designed and give you all the benefits you’d expect, while the saunas are consistently hot and spotless. I also appreciate the flexibility—you get a two-hour window, which is more than enough to enjoy everything without rushing. The extras like clean towels, water, electrolyte water, and stocked showers make a big difference. On top of that, the vibe is great: the clients are chill, and there are not one, not two, but three different spots where you can hang out, eat, or get some work done. Everything about this place is...

We had breakfast here and absolutely loved it! I ordered the avocado toast with poached egg and Sarah had the scrambled eggs—both were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. For drinks, I had coconut water and Sarah enjoyed a refreshing lemonade. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

What really made our experience even better was Katharina. She was incredibly helpful, always smiling, and such a beautiful soul—it made us feel very welcome.

Highly recommend this place for a delicious breakfast and...

Neat space with actually amazing food, both our dishes were tasty AF, specially the sandwich. We also ordered juices, healthy ones, i was not too big of a fan of mine, somehow tasted like it was sweet and salty. Overall its a great place, im just a bit exhausted on this aesthetics in this area of lisbon. Also seems to be mostly visited by foreigners, so i guess its way more tailored for that type of audience. Hoping for any brunch place without an indie look.

Loved the atmosphere! The studio really gives you a little time-out experience while still in Lisbon. The sauna and ice bath were amazing and the amount of people they let in for a 2h window made it a balanced experience. Also, the food! I love a good healthy but filling meal. Honestly couldn’t prepare it better. We had the chicken sandwich and bean-mushroom toast which were perfect after the session. Thank you! Will come back soon 😇
