What a pity to be served delicious pastries so rudely. You can definitely go there for the cardamon bun, but take it (far far) away.

The first time I went to order a breakfast, the waiter asked me to go pick up my hot beverage at the counter. I waited in queue for 15 minutes to be roughly told that no hot beverage was included in the breakfast menu. The second time I went, the employee who took my order assured me that I would have a black coffee included in my breakfast. It never came and when I asked for it to his colleague, he grumped at me saying (again) that it was not included in the breakfast menu. So I queued (again), went to see the employee, was finally granted the black coffee which was ironically served by his more than annoyed colleague, arguing that I just forgot I ordered a coffee additionally to my breakfast. The third time… no, there won’t be any third time. The disorganisation reigning in this place is almost funny, until you have to deal with it.

What else? If you want to use your laptop there, know that the wifi connection is as inconsistent as the service. The employees are less proficient at filling your plate than the pigeons are at emptying it, so you had better hurry up. It also applies...

Great place, would prefer if they tried a little harder to speak Portuguese, after all we are in Lisbon. Service is great, and we would be regulars if there was some benefit to it, for instance the place we usually go have a loyalty card, and also they always bring something for us to nibble and try, and we always end up ordering that.

I spoke today to one of your great staff and mentioned that I used to have a few restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. And something that I did and love was too have a Pay it forward campaign, where as the customer got to the cashier to order, there would already be a coffee paid for him, and a note about this campaign encouraging people to connect. Should the customer decide to pay it forward the next customer would come it in the same situation. In my experience that would increase happiness all together and a one digit percentage on your income. Win...
