Determined to relive it, we returned to Burger King upon our next visit to Lisbon, opting for a different branch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst decision ever. We ordered four Angus burgers, but they were clearly not Angus. The service was abysmal, with our order being completely wrong, and one staff member was incredibly rude. Additionally, we noticed discrepancies in the 7Up served to us; one cup appeared darker than the other, although both tasted somewhat like 7Up. Spoke to “Maria,” who claimed to be the manager but was completely unhelpful. She said the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes, waiting for the delivery person, and that I “just had to wait.” No estimate, no solution.
