I really donât mean to seem overblown in my statement, but living in a metropolis like Lisbon, with their not being readily accessible quality bread and baked goods to match the abundance of quality fruit and vegetables that are seasonally available, started to Tammy, and in fact made me feel as though I was living in another European food desert like London a city where Iâm from.
It shouldnât have to be the case that quality food, stuffs, and in this case, well, fermented, and flavoured breads, arenât affordable to every strata of society⊠In this case, it seems like I found a reasonable solution that is quite close, and therefore it will become regular. (And original recipe, Iâve just caught up so I might just have to convince them to make it ) All in all, I was very very very pleased from my first experience, and I told the person working behind the counter, who Iâm not sure if they were the owner or not, the proof of appreciation will be me returning⊠Well, Iâm...
