The worst service I’ve ever got in a brunch spot here in Lisbon. The employees don’t look at your face and treat you as you should be glad that they came to serve you. There is no table service, you have to go to the cashier to order - but no one tells you that, they pass through you multiple times and still don’t warn you that you should order inside. And good luck trying to ask them to clean the table, they simply ignore. It’s like they don’t want clients there. For this price I’d expect a much better service. The food was below expectations too - Matcha Latte was ok but the Pastrami Waffle was very weird. It seemed like the waffle was made the day before or is frozen, the texture is really not good, and way too sweet considering it’s a salty plate. The Pastrami is with chicken (?) I imagine, cause that was def not a beef pastrami. Tasted weird, no seasoning, should not be named as Pastrami cause it isn’t. Also if it is a chicken “Pastrami”, they should specify it in the menu, as from just “Pastrami” people will always guess it’s the regular beef one. I also had some rotten red cherry tomatoes on my plate.

I live super close, in the neighborhood, 5min walk, and I’m a brunch lover. I visited almost all brunch spots in the city, and for sure will not come back...

When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, so we had to go to the counter ourselves to ask if we could get a table. The space inside is extremely limited, with basically just one table, and no one comes outside to explain the process or take your order. We sat waiting for quite a while without any guidance, until we eventually went inside to place and pay for our order.

Unfortunately, our drinks arrived with spilled milk on them, and one even had a small hair in it. On top of that, my friend’s food was not what she ordered. Overall, the experience was very...
