I came to visit this restaurant while exploring Lisbon with my family. As we love sea food and, heard about this restaurant, we thought we should try it out as the reviews were very good. We ate crab, oysters and lobster and, everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and the decor was beautiful.
The only misunderstanding we had, was that we paid more than the allotted price for the Lobster. Unfortunately, we only saw it when we came back to the hotel, and it left us feeling very disappointed and let down by the service as this was no small sum and, you would not expect this mishap from an establishment of this calibre.
We left a review and, the staff contacted us the next day and, settled the difference. It was a mistake in their system which was not seen by us or them at the time.
The fact that they reached out to rectify this mistake, does show that they care about their customers satisfaction and do really want to be good at...

Read moreA fraud. Menus in English and Portuguese with different prices (a trap for tourists). Very poor service, particular wine. We had to keep on asking to be served throughout the evening. When asked which Port Wine they had, we were informed they had “red and white” (what a shame!!!). We finally asked for a Madeira, which on the list was a Barbeiro Sercial 10 Years, we were served a semi-sweet non agend Barbeito. When challenged about it, the waiter admitted the entire list was out of order. In fact we had been served a Luis Pato Vinha Formal 2023, which was announced on the list as a 2017. Definitively the list could have been scraped. We asked if they had a sommelier, they did not. Asked about the manager, we were told the manager was the Chef and he had taken “some days off”. A disgrace, a fraud, a place to be reported to the authorities. A Restaurant never to return...
