Can't speak for the food or drink because when I arrived after 4pm they told me they opened at 5. But the lady offered to pour a drink while I waited. But I declined and came back close to 5. This time there was a gentleman there that told me they don't open until 6. So I asked for a drink but he said not until 6pm. So be aware, the hours aren't posted anywhere and usually no one is in the main dining area either. Also it's a little tricky to find. What it is is a fabulous place to get a quality, delicious meal with genuine, caring and attentive service.
