The ambience is excellent so I recommend all Rasta/dread brethren and Dread Sister-tens who bring their significant other here because of the ambience. However, the current staff is extremely bizarre based on my third experience with this new team. So this is the standard operating procedure for you if you are a black male coming to this establishment policy! . Walk to the bartender place your order specifically state what you want. Please do not order any food from this restaurant, especially if you’re vegan. I recommend primarily just for beer and wine! Once you place your order with the bartender, please proceed to your table sit down wait drinks to be delivered by the waiter. When you have fully finished consuming your beverages, please go to the bar and ask for the bartender who is tending in the bar to give you a bill. I specifically say this because the waiter or waitress will be focusing primarily on the “other” customers! I am just establishing a standard operating procedure when you come to this restaurant. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant in Lisbon where my friend Manita, a talented baker, works. The entire experience was fantastic, from the food to the ambiance and service.

The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, especially when seated outside under the shade of a large tree, which adds a cozy and relaxing touch to the dining experience. It’s the perfect spot for both lunch and dinner, with a vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.

As for the food, it’s simply outstanding. The dishes are clearly crafted with care and expertise. We enjoyed a selection of delicious items, including perfectly baked empanadas with a crispy golden crust and a filling that was bursting with flavor. The accompanying dips were a delightful addition, enhancing the taste even further.

The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. There’s a genuine warmth in their hospitality, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

From arrival, customer service was terrible and non existent. We waited to be seated standing clearly next to the waiting sign while three staff members stood around chatting to each other and frequently looked over to us without interacting.

Service was really slow and unclear. When I went to ask about our food I was bluntly told that it was on its way. The staff member was really rude and unwelcoming and was on her phone the whole time when talking to me.

My girlfriend speaks Brazilian Portuguese and overheard at least two staff members using offensive language and slurs (in Brazilian Portuguese) amongst each other in front of customers.
