Bad service specially bad and rude behavior of the lady who worked their. She can't talk with smily face. Her customer communication level is zero. She talk likes angery bird. Me and my friend made a sudden plan to taste their durum. After getting our food we start eating after 2 to 3 minutes she told us finish your meal early because they are close the outside area. We said ok after sometime she came and told the same thing again. We feel very bad about this behavior. Then if she wanted, she could have said that you can come inside and eat, but she told us twice to finish eating now and that we have to close our restaurant. Inside, people were eating their food peacefully. These people should think that if your restaurant is going to close, you should tell them in advance that you cannot sit outside and eat because we have to close, while they did not tell us...

Extremely generous in terms of their servings and always provide a more than ample amount of sauce which has become an iconic characteristic of theirs that greatly differentiates them from any other Kebab Restaurant. The location is quaint, and really gives a homey environment. Last but not least, the staff are extremely friendly and provide one of the best customer service experiences in Lisbon.
