Excellent place !! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere sublime. We were served by Paulinho - the most pleasant man you can encounter. Initially we waited for an hour at a place across the street with a great reputation but we were quickly turned off by how nonchalant and rude they were. We happened to look across the street and saw a beautiful little piazza so we decided to check it out. We are glad we did because that’s how we chanced upon a spectacular little place called Fellini’s. Although you’re in Lisbon, it has old world Italian charm and exquisite flavours. We don’t regret our choice! I would recommend this place without hesitation! Excellent service and reasonable prices in a beautiful setting with excellent service!! Such an unexpectedly great experience !! We had their fish platter for two, a capresi salad to die for, mushroom risotto like my mother used to make and topped it all off with raspberry cheesecake and chocolate mousse! Everything was sublime - even the oregano spiced French fries were superbly done! Those other places have nothing on Fellini’s. You won’t regret it as a place to eat! And like us, you’ll...
Read moreWe came here because we saw it hear our hotel and we had a really terrible dining experience earlier in the day. We were hoping this would be an easy win, and luckily it was! We actually liked it enough to go back a second time. My boyfriend got the salmon the first time and LOVED it. I tried as well and even though fish isn't my favorite, I enjoyed it. I got the Bolognese pasta the first time and it was really good. The pasta seemed pretty fresh and everything was not and hot. The only downside was desert. It wasn't bad necessarily, but it wasn't what we were hoping for in a sweet treat. The tiramisu was not very flavorful and came in a bowl which I thought was odd. The second time we went, we bypassed desert and both got the lasagna. It was good, wouldn't say it was traditional because I am not sure if there was an ricotta in it. They pieces were also HUGE, you can see in the picture, so they aren't skimping on the portions! We got the red sangria as well, which was fizzy and refreshing. I would recommend this place for a hot, comfortable meal at the end of a long day of walking. I recommend sitting outside if you can, the atmosphere was...
Read moreThis was one of the most disappointing restaurants we’ve ever been to. We ordered homemade lasagna, Bolognese pasta, and spinach and cheese cannelloni—and honestly, we regretted it. Everything looked and tasted like it had just been reheated in a microwave. The pasta was so overcooked that it practically fell apart on the plate, and the sauces were watery and flavorless.
The menu was just as unpleasant: sticky, greasy, and poorly designed, doing nothing to stimulate the appetite. It seemed like no one had updated it in years. But the worst part? Flies were buzzing around the dining area, making it clear that hygiene wasn’t a priority here.
The waiters, to their credit, were very friendly and all smiles, but unfortunately, that didn’t improve the situation. When the food is terrible and the cleanliness is questionable, even the best service can’t save the experience. In the end, we just wasted our money and time. We won’t be...
