The staff is super friendly and welcoming and speak perfect English. The girl at the counter explained everything and gave me a good amount of tasting portion. But, honestly, the ice cream is not as good as in another ice-cream chain in Lisbon. Besides, Gato offers only 2 flavours in a small cup for 3.2€, while another chain offers 3 flavours in a small cup for 3€. So, despite I liked the staff a lot, I still put 3 stars as "not bad" for price/quality of the ice-cream. I won't...

Um péssimo atendimento, a empregada que me recebeu, parecia que estava a fazer um favor, não explicou, o que tinha direto com cada copo, sabendo agora que tinha direto a duas bolas no copo mais pequeno sendo que nem uma em condições tive é o gelado de limão que escolhi sabia só a gelo nem a limão sabia. Por isso não recomendo a ninguém que vá lá, que a simpatia no atendimento deve ter ficado a porta. É o preço caro que levam por uma meia...
