Dining at Taberna Londrina was a great experience! I tried this place based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Lisbon. The athmosphere was minimalist and warm at the same time, the waiters were really kind and the food was of great quality. For starters we ordered the puff pastry (which was excellent) and the small hotdogs (this was also fine). Read moreBefore ordering, I asked the woman working how spicy would be the “spicy francesinha” cause I don’t enjoy spice when it’s too strong, and i told her that. She said it was not too spicy and totally bearable. Turns out it was extremely spicy and my mouth was burning throughout the whole time I was eating. She brought a jar with the normal non-spicy sauce to pour over the francesinha, but not even that saved it… I don’t know about the taste cause it was so spicy i couldn’t even taste it. I still wanna go there again and try the non spicy version tho. I recommend booking a table through The Fork or arriving early cause it...
