It’s was by far the best pizza I ever had in my life. I had the Piccante and gorgonzola with s very strong flavor! It was spicy as it should and very tasty. The only reason of 4 stars is because of the waitress. She was a very nice person when we first came to the door. It was very busy and she advised that we had to register for the waiting list. The app was telling that was 3 tables and then it was not showing anymore. When we went do the door again, waitress said she sent sms but we did not reply which was her first lie. She than said that there was one table outside, next to the door only. We accepted but mentioned that we would like to go inside when available. She then mentioned that another group of persons was about to leave and we could have their table. After that, some other folks arrived and got the table. She could simply said that their group would better fit the size of the table but she decided to lie again saying that they had a reserve. They were clearly choosing where to eat at that time. Another couple arrive and had another table. The food arrived and I was starring at her and then she mentioned that we could have another table that was about to be empty. We are not that fool and I understand that she might had a tough day but it was very sad to see that she had no compassion to just say what was going on. the worst customer service experience I have ever had in a restaurant in Lisbon. We signed up for the digital waiting list - half an hour later I get an info that our seat is reserved for 10 minutes. We went straight on our way. 2 minutes after, I get the info that our seat can only be held for 5 more minutes. Although not even 5 minutes were around. But that was not all by far. When we were there - on time, we were almost denied the table by the man at the door because we were apparently "too late". Luckily, I was able to prove that he was wrong. When we were done with our meal, the plates were cleared, the table assigner (who was already incredibly unpleasant at the beginning) came to us and asked if we wanted dessert. We were so full from the pizza that I responded with "No thanks, we're stuffed." His response? "The bill then" Although our glasses were still half full. Wow! I have never experienced anything so rude. The food was delicious, but a little too expensive for the portion size and with the rude service also unfortunately not worth anything.
