Masters Sports Bar — Restaurant in Loulé

Just visited today 5 April 2022, afternoon, having good location can not make you the market leader, this statement proved right today. Staff is not trained at all, I am very sure this lack of training will be one factor in loosing the revenue. We wanted to have chicken burger and veg burger, but they did not had both items, then finally we ordered club sandwich, where is in the menu, item is presented cluster of sandwiches, we were offered just two grilled layers with very small of portion of chips, the irony was we were never given any plates or cutlery, to have our meals. We picked up from the serving wooden platers and ate, staff was passing by every time and could not see this simple thing. We had to ask for napkins for wiping our hands, probably staff thought hands could be wiped from clothes, which we were wearing.

I ordered Masters special cocktail for me and 2 non alcoholic cocktails for kids, when lady was serving (clearly it was her first day bringing drinks with out service tray, cocktails coasters, wet hands holding glasses) the moment she bought first drink out I asked her it was Alcholic or Non Alcholic, clearly she had no idea what these terms meant, she bluberred Alcholic and went away, which was clearly non Alcholic drink and best part was she bought Masters Special Cocktail and gave it to my other daughter, without realising she is underage to have this drink. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, they can cause serious problem.

Our misery saga still not finished, 3 times I have to return the bill, one time over charged, 2 times under charged, then I went to the counter to get correct bill still they forgot to add water bottle, which again I reminded them and I paid in seperate bill.

I am very sorry to say that with this quality of staff how much they will be maintaining the upcoming season. By the way their Lady Manager was also there, no word of apology from anyone.

God save this place. The rating starts from 1 star, they don't...

Lovely little spot. Was quiet inside when we came (but busy outside). The staff were all lovely, however maybe a little too eager in trying to refill your glass, which can feel a little pushy. But certainly weren’t rude. Prices very good during happy hour. Only

Good food, good service but OMG those toilets - I will never go again!

Breakfast was so good we went back early evening but unfortunately had to go to the toilet - This is not within the Masters bar, it's a wooded door down the side alley next to the strip club and OMG I've never smelt anything as bad in my life - I was nearly sick - I don't know if there was a blockage or a sewage issue but I've never going to risk this again. It's not somewhere I would want my wife or children to visit so Masters is now off the list permanently! Masters Management - this really needs...
