Hello owner, I have tried your food and I can give you my opinion. Regarding today's episode, if you watched the CCTV, you may have noticed that I arrived at your establishment and asked the employee how long it would take for the order to be ready and he said 10 MINUTES! I waited 10 minutes and after that time I went to question the employee again who said there were several customers and that it was not ready. So I left and went to make another delivery from another app and about 10/15 minutes later I returned to try to collect the order again. Once again it was not ready and the employee arrogantly said that when it was ready the order would be at the counter. In other words, about 30 minutes and the order was not ready! I ordered from UberEats because it had good reviews and the photos looked good. They took a long time because they got my order wrong. The food is very good, full of flavour. However, the server was extremely rude and ruined our experience.
