Dinner on a week day. Brazilian BBQ with a continuous supply of meat. This is what they are famous for. They bring a selection of side dishes which include rice, fries, sweet potato fries, black bean/beef bowl to name a few. In quick succession you are offered various meats which appear on a long skewer. We started with chicken wrapped in bacon then beef wrapped in cheese. This was followed by lamb with houlumi plus a small chicken thigh. Then a small sausage. Lamb fillets, Then beef hump which had been cooked low and slow so delicious and tender. Intially there is a flurry of food which can be over whelming for some. You can say no at anytime. After a small wait we were then offered fillet steak followed by rump steak. The waiters sliced it at the table. Rare/medium/well done, as you want it. Really good flavour. We enjoyed it and have experienced it before. It's not for everyone but definitely a place to try. Make sure you are starving before you get here. The staff were very accommodating, very helpful, 5 stars to them. We finished our meal with slices of hot pineapple covered in cinnamon which is included in the price. We asked if we could have clean plates to enjoy this and we were given the complimentary port drink but with a twist. My visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. Upon arriving, I was greeted by staff members smoking right outside the entrance. To make matters worse, they returned inside without washing their hands and immediately began serving food. The lack of basic hygiene was appalling.

Inside, the atmosphere was equally disappointing—dim lighting, outdated decor, and sticky floors that made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. The steak I ordered was overcooked, flavorless, and tough, far from the medium-rare I requested. The sides were bland and clearly microwaved.

Service was dreadful. Our server, one of the smokers from earlier, was unfriendly and inattentive, and the faint smell of cigarette smoke lingered around our table. The prices were outrageous for the poor quality of food and service.

When I politely offered feedback to the manager or owner, I was met with a shockingly aggressive and defensive response. Instead of addressing my concerns, they dismissed them rudely, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

This is a really great restaurant. Waiters are very nice, service was extremely good. The owner was a really lovely chap. His younger waiting staff were very polite. Quick service as well. I suggest that you take your time, order starter, then order main after finishing starter. I had the 'All you can Eat'. This was excellent. The steaks, chicken, sausages were lovely. Kathryn had the Rump steak which was also excellent. Great drink menu and the beer was ice cold and refreshing. Fries and salad also good. The skewers also looked excellent. Frequented by quite a few Vilamoura residents, as well as some tourist. We sat on the terrace outside with a view of the square. The inside was really lovely though and would be fabulous on colder evenings. Great atmosphere. It is worth the walk from the Hotels around the Marina, it's not far.
