This is a great, cozy little pub, with plenty of well-positioned TVs for watching sports, and ample outside seating as well. At €4 a pint, it's a euro cheaper than the bars that are right on the marina, and this is just off of it. The very pleasant Portuguese bar maid who served us had excellent English, and was quick to get us our drinks. It’s not often that I find it necessary to leave a review of a drinking establishment but it would be remiss of me to leave this country without mentioning The Punter. This I s a top class family run, local bar. Staff are out of this world. Huge selection of beers, wines and spirits. Decent front terrace with tables and seating. My partner and I go in the punter every time we are in vilamoura (2-4 times a year) and we always meet lovely people from all over in this bar , Great atmosphere and a great girl in Sonya ,A lady who we met years ago working in the matador ,this girl works so hard on her own in a very busy bar daytime too and u never have to wait long as Sonya remembers everything you order , then 3 people come in to take over her shift 😳 we love u Sonya xx please get...
